How do I access the livestream?
To join the livestream, head over to this link. Input the email you used for registration in the Email Address field and then hit “Continue with Email.” You’ll receive an email from courses@aasm.org with an access code to log in. If you don’t see the email, you can use the access code “FBPC2024” to log in.
To join a presentation, simply select “Agenda” from the navigation bar. The current session will be at the top—click on “Join Session” to participate.
What time does the livestream start in my city?
On Friday, September 20, 2024, the livestream will kick off at:
- 10:00 AM EDT (New York)
- 9:00 AM CDT (Chicago)
- 8:00 AM MDT (Salt Lake City)
- 7:00 AM MST (Arizona)
- 7:00 AM PDT (Los Angeles)
- 6:00 AM AKDT (Alaska)
- 4:00 AM HST (Hawaii)

Absolutely! You can register online here.
Where can I download the course book?
Log into your account at this link with the same email you used for registration. Click on “My Learning” on the left-hand menu, then select “Final Board Prep Course 2024.” Read through the disclosure and acknowledgment, check the box, and hit the orange “Start” button. After that, click “Go to Content” and then “Download Course Book” to grab your course materials.
Can I re-enter the livestream if I close the window?
Yes, you can log back in, though you might need to enter your details again.
Can I watch from my tablet or phone?
You can, but the experience is smoother on a desktop.
Can I download or save the livestream?
Nope, but you’ll be able to access the recording until December 31, 2024.

What’s the maximum number of credits I can claim for this course?
You can claim up to 8.00 credits.
If I gather a group to watch on a shared screen, can we all claim credits?
Only the person who registered can claim credits.
How do I claim my credits?
To claim your CME Credit, Letter of Attendance, or AASM CECS, log into your account at this link starting Monday, September 23. Follow the same steps as before: click on “My Learning,” select “Final Board Prep Course 2024,” read the disclosure, and hit “Start.” After that, complete the course evaluation and decide which credits to claim or waive. You’ll receive your credit letters via email, and you can also download them later.
When can I claim my CME?
You can start claiming your CME on Monday, September 23.
What if I miss some of the livestream?
For every hour of learning, you can claim one credit hour. Just self-attest to the time you attended, rounding to the nearest quarter hour. If you missed something, you can re-watch portions of the course to claim your full credits.
Does this course qualify for Maintenance of Certification (MOC) credit?
Yes! This course is approved for MOC from the American Board of Internal Medicine (ABIM), American Board of Pediatrics (ABP), American Board of Otolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery (ABOHNS), and American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology (ABPN).
How do I claim MOC credits?
To claim MOC for ABIM, ABP, and ABOHNS, log into your account at this link after September 23. Follow the same steps to complete the evaluation and decide which credits you want to claim or waive.
