How to Order Your Personalized Brochures
Your personalized details will appear on the back panel of each brochure in your order. There is a $65 fee for creating or updating a personalized template, but this fee is waived for orders of 2,500 brochures or more. Here are the guidelines you need to follow:
Content Guidelines
If you’re an individual member, you can only include your name and contact information (sleep center names or logos aren’t allowed). Individual members cannot use any logos. On the other hand, accredited network members can include their sleep center name, contact info, logo, and even a map if they wish, plus the accreditation logo (for fully accredited networks only). Only AASM individual members can list their staff physicians. All information must be verified and approved before processing your order.
Artwork Guidelines
Make sure to submit artwork at a high resolution (300 dpi or higher) or in vector format. If you opt for vector artwork, ensure all fonts are outlined and images embedded. Accepted file formats include .tif, .eps, .psd, .ai, .pdf, and .jpg. We’ll scale all artwork proportionally to fit the designated area (max dimensions: width=3.375 inches, height=8). Color artwork is welcome and will be converted to CMYK colorspace.
When you’re ready, send your artwork to the designated contact with your facility name and membership number.
Minimum Order Requirements
Brochures are sold in packs of 50, with a minimum order of 500 brochures. If you’re using a purchase order, the minimum total must be $500.

Delivery Timeline
Once you’ve received final approval on your personalized template, please allow about four weeks for delivery. To avoid delays, ensure that you complete both pages of the order form and adhere to the content and artwork guidelines.
