Every device we review goes through the same rigorous, multi-step evaluation process to ensure fair and consistent results.
Each device is worn nightly for a minimum of 14 consecutive nights. We track adjustment period, nightly comfort levels, and snoring reduction using decibel measurement tools.
We rate comfort on a 10-point scale covering jaw soreness, salivation, breathing ease, and overall wearability. We note how long the break-in period lasts and whether comfort improves over time.
